Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 2-3 business days and arrive in 5-7 business days. Express shipping gets your shoes to you in 2-3 business days. We'll send tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order for a refund, and a prepaid return label is included in every order. We do not offer exchanges. Just return your original order and place a new one. Your pair must be unworn and in its original, undamaged box. See our Return Policy for full details.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can also track from your account page if you have one.
Shoe Care
How do I care for leather shoes?
Wipe with a damp cloth after each wear. Apply leather conditioner every 4-6 weeks. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat. Store in a cool, dry place with shoe trees to maintain shape.
Are remonte shoes waterproof?
Select styles feature RemonteTEX, our proprietary water-resistant membrane. Look for the RemonteTEX badge on product pages. Non-RemonteTEX styles should be protected with a water-repellent spray.
Can I machine wash my sneakers?
We don't recommend machine washing. Wipe canvas styles with a soft brush and mild soap; air dry away from heat. Leather sneakers should never go in the wash.

How do I find my size?

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, usually within 2-3 hours. Contact us at customerservice@remonte.ca or 1-888-222-5730 as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel.
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift card availability will be confirmed at launch. Please contact customerservice@remonte.ca for the latest information.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment gateway. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Are taxes included in the displayed prices?
No. Canadian taxes (GST/HST/QST/PST) are calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
