Track your order

A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. If you created an account, you can also track from your account page.

Change or cancel an order

Orders are processed quickly, so contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Email customerservice.ca@rieker.net or call 1-888-222-5730.

Returns

Returns are free within 14 days of delivery, and a prepaid label is included in every order. We do not offer exchanges; simply return your original order and place a new one. See our Return Policy for the full process.
