Return Policy

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from delivery to return your order for a refund, a prepaid label is included in every order, and returns are free.

No exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Just return your original order and place a new one. We will issue your refund once the return is received and inspected.

Eligible purchases

This applies to orders from remonte.ca only. If you bought your pair in store or from one of our partners, please reach out to them directly.

Conditions of return

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your pair must have:

  • No marks or signs of wear
  • Its original, undamaged box
  • Not been worn outdoors

Returns with damaged or non-original boxes may incur a 20% re-boxing fee. A full refund is granted at our discretion. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed, including transit time.

Holiday returns

Orders processed in November and December can be returned until January 31.

remonte one-year limited warranty

This warranty covers remonte products purchased on remonte.ca only. It is void if the product was purchased from an unauthorized dealer.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Material failure resulting from excessive or unreasonable wear, caustic chemicals, extreme heat, alterations, or occupational wear
  • Stitching or hardware failure resulting from being caught, hooked, or snagged
  • Leather that has not been properly treated
  • Vegan-friendly material damaged by sprays or treatments
  • remonteTEX failure resulting from full submersion, or water entering over the top or through zippers, laces, or elastics
  • Sole separation resulting from being caught, hooked, snagged, or cut
  • Normal sole and heel wear
  • Poor fit
